Chinese Orange Chicken (meat) (p. 169)
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 chickens, cut up, or 6-8 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/2 C. orange marmalade
  • 3/4 C. soy sauce
  • 1/2 t. ground ginger
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder

California Kosher
In a glass baking dish, mix marmalade, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder together. Add chicken and marinate several hours or overnight.

Bake 60-75 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve with steamed rice.

Serves 6-8.
