Jewish Recipes --> Recipes --> Kosher Meat --> Kosher Chicken --> Buffalo Wings

Kosher Buffalo Wings
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1/2 c. Parve butter
  • 10 tbsp. hot sauce
Wash wings well, disjoint the wings, remove tips and discard them.

Cook wings for a few minutes on top of stove in butter and then add the hot sauce and bake for 25 minutes in a 400 degree oven turning them 2 to 3 times until they are crisp.

I like mine covered with foil so they don't get crisp.

Hot Sauce

Q: Are FRANK'S® RedHot® sauce products kosher?

A: Yes, FRANK'S® RedHot® products are kosher.

However, the Buffalo Wing Sauce does not have OUD on the label because it is a dairy product -- not for use on meat. This is a contradiction by Jewish law.

Do not use Un-label products -- until -- you have checked with your Rabbi

Cooking Tips: No not mix meat and diary -- Use a parve butter and FRANK'S® RedHot® sauce
