Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup
powdered milk powder
- 1 cup
powdered non-dairy creamer
- 1 cup
vanilla flavored powdered non-dairy
creamer
- 2 ½ cups
sugar or sugar substitute
- 1 ½ cups
dry instant tea (not with lemon)
- 2 tsp
ginger
- 2 tsp
cinnamon
- 1 tsp
ground cloves
- 1 tsp
cardamom
- 1 tsp
Chinese 5-spice (Sometimes called Asian
spice.)
Mix
everything together in a large bowl with a
spoon. Then pour mixture into a blender or
food processor and blend until very fine.
You may have to do this in small batches.
To mix: Add about 2 Tbs. to a cup of hot
water.
This makes a nice gift too. (Fill a pretty
coffee cup with a bag of the mixture and
directions.)
You can experiment with different flavors of
non-dairy creamer.
This recipe can be doubled and put in a
large container.
