Combine mashed potatoes, matzah meal,
starch, eggs, oil and seasonings. Mix well
and form into a soft dough. Using 1/4 cup of
dough for each, form into 24 patties. Coat
both sides with matzah meal. Place 12
patties on greased cookie sheet. Flatten and
spread out dough slightly with your fingers.
Spread 1/3 cup of tuna filling in centre
of each dough round. Top with remaining
pastry. Pinch together and bake 15 minutes
or longer until brown.
