Corned
Beef and Potato Knish Filling

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2
onions, quartered
- 3 TB oil
- 1 lb
corned beef
- 2 medium
potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 2 eggs
- salt and
pepper to taste
- (I add
dry mustard too)

Chop onions
and sauté until golden. Chop the meat and
mix with remaining ingredients. makes about
3 cups filling. May be frozen. |

Cooking Tips:
If you plan to freeze the knish, bake 30 minutes and allow to
cool. |
