Smoked Whitefish Spread
Dairy - 12 servings
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3/4 pound smoked whitefish, skinned and boned
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 3 tablespoons horseradish, drained
  • dash of hot paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill seed

Flake fish into a bowl. Add cream cheese, butter and onion and stir until smooth. Add horeseradish and combine thoroughly.

Place in a shallow serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika and dill seed. Serve with crackers, mini bagels or party rye.
