Moroccan Trout
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 tbl. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Moroccan paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/8 cup dried cilantro
  • 2 trout fillets (or similar fish), large
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Moroccan based recipe, the taste is fantastic and a delight for your family dinner.

Serves: 4

Directions
  1. Mix olive oil and paprika and let stand for 1 hour.
  2. Add garlic and cilantro and mix well.
  3. Place trout on baking dish skin side down. Rub marinade on trout.
  4. Bake trout at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Broil for last 2-3 minutes to quickly brown the top.
