Panko Breaded Cod
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 pound Cod fillet
  • 2 Cups Panko bread crumbs
  • Lemon Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 eggs

Cut cod into small serving size pieces

Mix lemon pepper with Panko bread crumbs

Beat eggs.

Add a small amount olive oil to non-stick skillet. Use medium heat.

Dip cod pieces in egg and dredge gently in the Panko lemon pepper mix. Place in skillet and cook until lightly browned, turn and cook other side (cook to taste).

Serve from skillet and enjoy.

* Lemon Pepper to taste ... some may prefer a deeper lemon favor
