Makes approximately 1 Cup
(These "Passover croutons" are not only a
great addition to soups but also make an
addictive "nosh."
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a
large bowl, mix all the ingredients together
with a fork. Spread the mixture evenly in a
shallow pan. Bake for 15 minutes, until
golden in color, stirring with a wooden
spoon every 10 minutes. Store in an
airtight, sealed bag or freeze until ready
to use.
