2 egg whites
3 1/2 - 4 cups Pecan halves
1 cup sugar
Dash of cream of tarter
1 stick parve butter
Cinnamon
Melt margarine in jellyroll pan (cookie
sheet) at 325 degrees.
Using only the egg whites, beat until stiff.
Mix cream of tarter, cinnamon and sugar
together and add a little at a time to egg
whites, mixing together. Fold in nuts.
Every 10 minutes turn nuts with spatula for
about 30 - 40 minutes. Nuts should not get
too brown. |
