Parve Peach Cake
Recipe Ingredients:

  • 3 Eggs, well beaten
  • 1 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Cooking Oil
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Cups Sliced Peaches [can use fresh or canned]
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
Mix thoroughly by hand.
Pour in greased and floured 13" x 9" pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes
