semi-sweet chocolate

2 squares unsweetened chocolate

2 sticks margarine

2 cups pecans

1 1/3 cups sugar

1 cup flour

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla
Melt chocolate and margarine. Add nuts and
mix in sugar and flour.
Add unbeaten eggs. Stir and then add
vanilla.
Fill mini cupcake holders 3/4 full.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
