Serves
Wash and remove stems from
strawberries and puree in
food processor. Place
strawberries and remaining
ingredients
in large bowl and whip
(using an electric mixer's
wire whip attachemnt) until
ight and fluffy, about 20
minutes. Serve in
parfait glasses or small
dessert bowls. To
granish, take a whole
strawberry, with leaf, and
make a few slices from
bottom tip to stem, being
careful not to cut all the
way throught. Fan the lices
slightly and place on top
dessert. |
