Aspen Mulling Spice

1 egg

1 C + 1
T flour

2 medium
apples
diced,
unpared

1/2 t
baking
powder
-
1 t.
vanilla
-
1/2 c.
chopped nuts

Cream butter with salt,
sugar, and egg.
Combine dry ingredients and
add to creamed mixture.
Stir in nuts and apples
Pour into greased pan 8 x 8
pan and bake 30 minutes at
323 degrees F.
