Banana Bread
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 or 4 bananas
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2/3 cups sour cream
  • Plus or minus chocolate chips

    Mix together baking soda and sour cream. Add all remaining ingredients.

    Bake in over preheated to 325 degrees, for 50-60 minutes.
