Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs eggs (or 3 XL)
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 2t baking power (don't level off)
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/2 t sale
  • 3 1/2 - 4 c flour
  • optional nuts

Cream the sugar and oil
Add eggs, vanilla, juice, baking power; salt, and flour
Refrigerate
Bake 20 min @ 350 degrees
Cut and bake for another 10 minutes
