Vanilla wafers crushed

1/2 cup soft butter

1 cup powdered sugar

2 eggs

Slice fresh strawberries

Crushed pineapple

Walnuts
Pat 1/2 of the crumbs in a oblong or cake
pan.
Hard Sauce: mix butter and powdered sugar
until well blended. Separate eggs, and beat
in yolks first. Then fold in whites. Pour
hard sauce over crumbs in pan.
Layer in strawberries, then pineapple, then
walnuts. Refrigerate. Before serving, cover
with one cup whipped cream first, then
remaining vanilla crumbs.
