Rosh HaShanah Honey Cake Parve
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3.5 cups flour
  • cup shortening (or do half applesauce)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 cups prepared coffee
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
Direction:

1: Blend sugar, oil, honey, eggs, baking soda and baking powder. Add alternately flour and coffee. Bake at 375.
2: Bake approx one hour.
