Barb's Honey Cake
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup strong black coffee
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup nuts and/or raisins

    Cream sugar and eggs. Add coffee, oil and honey. Sift dry ingredients and add. Fold in nuts and/or raisins. Pour into greased 8 x 8 pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
