Makes 15 - 18
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Thoroughly combine filling
ingredients. Taste and adjust
seasonings as needed.
To assemble, place crepes
in muffin cups. Pour filling
in until cups are about two-thirds
full. Fold crepe edges over
the filling. Bake for about
20 minutes, until filling
is set. Top each blintz cup
with a small dollop of sour
cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. |
