Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 can baby peas
- 1 onion cut up
- 3 hard boiled eggs (whites only if
preferred)
- 1/4 cup walnuts

Olive oil
Sauté onions in olive oil.
Use food processor to blend peas,
onions,
eggs and walnuts to desired consistency.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with crackers or vegetables.
