- 8 oz. light (not
fat free) cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cup (6 oz.) shredded regular Swiss
cheese
(not light)
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
A few almonds for the top
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spread
in a 9 inch pie plate or other ovenproof
baking dish. Bake 6 minutes, then stir. Bake
another 6 minutes. Put a few almonds on top
for decoration.
Serve warm with crackers.
