Smoked Whitefish Spread

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces
Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1/2
pound smoked
whitefish, skinned, boned and
flaked
- 2
tablespoons finely chopped scallions
(green onions)
- 1
tablespoon chopped fresh dill or use 1
teaspoon dried dill
- 1
teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8
teaspoon freshly ground pepper, (1/8 to
1/4)

Mix all
ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate.
Serve with matzoh.
Garnish
with quartered lemon and lime slices and
fresh dill. |
