- 2 cans
artichokes, rinsed and drained
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can chopped green chilies
Squeeze all liquid from artichokes.
Place all ingredients except paprika in food
processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350
degrees for 20 minutes.
