Artichoke Dip
  • 2 cans artichokes, rinsed and drained
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can chopped green chilies

    Squeeze all liquid from artichokes.

    Place all ingredients except paprika in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a shallow baking dish.

    Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
