Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 medium
onions, sautéed
- 4 eggs,
hard-boiled
- 1 17-oz.
can peas, drained
- 1/2 C.
walnuts, chopped
- Salt and
pepper, to taste

Blend all
ingredients in a food processor or in a
chopping bowl by hand. Serve a scoop of the
chopped liver on a lettuce leaf.
Yields
approximately 3-4 cups.
