Vodka Sauce

Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • cayenne pepper
In saucepan, combine sauce and vodka. Bring to a boil.

Add cream and parmesan cheese.

Simmer stirring constantly until cheese has melted.

Add salt and pepper to taste as well as a shake or more of cayenne.

Serve over hot pasta.
