Aliza's Portobello Mushrooms with Garlic

Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4-5 mushrooms
  • olive oil spray (or brush oil on with a pastry brush)
  • kosher salt
  • garlic powder (or fresh pressed garlic)

 

 
Wash and slice mushrooms into inch thick slices. 

Place in baking dish in crowded single layer (some slices will overlap). 

Spray generously with olive oil spray or brush oil on with a pastry brush

Sprinkle liberally with kosher salt and garlic powder (or fresh pressed garlic)

Cooking method one:

  • Cover and bake for one hour at 350

Cooking method two: 

  • Place 10 under broiler for 10 minutes
