Recipe Ingredients:

fresh carrots, scraped and cut into strips
- water,
2-3 tablespoons
- 1-2
tablespoons butter
- salt and
white pepper

hechsher: butter
- No not
mix dairy and meat products - if servered
with meat dish use parve butter.

In a flat
skillet, heat the water and butter until
boiling. Add the carrots and turn heat to
low and allow to cook gently until water and
butter have been reduced.
