Boil the green
peas until they expand. Add more water if
necessary.
Add the
coconut, brown sugar, sugar and salt.
Stir until
thick.
Remove into a
mixing bowl.
Mix thoroughly
with flour.
Using a
tablespoon, spoon out the mixture and shape
into balls.
Flatten
slightly and keep aside.
Prepare
batter.
Mix together
all the ingredients until smooth.
Heat oil and
fry the cakes, dipping each into the batter
and frying until golden.
