Sieve flour
and baking powder into a bowl.
Make a well in
the center, add the eggs and half of the
milk.
Mix well and
beat batter for 10 minutes until smooth and
light. Add the remaining milk.
Mash bananas
together with castor sugar and salt.
Mix with the
batter.
Grease a
frying pan, heat it and fry the pancakes
till brown on both sides.
Repeat until
all the mixture has been used up. |
