Vegetable Dip (Dairy): In small bowl, blend 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Kosher Vegetable Soup Mix and 1 container (16 oz) sour cream; chill 2 hours. Serve with your favorite dippers. Makes 2 cups. Soup: Empty 1 envelope soup mix into medium saucepan. Stir in 2-1/2 cups water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
